Heart of Darkness (a very original working title)

Consept sketches for an animated feature idea I developed with a friend of mine. He needed a "fake" movie to compose a score for, so I drew up one. He actually ended up producing a few really good tracks, but that was as far as the project got.

Give me about 20 mil. and I promise to finish it.

Big Orange Robot

Project VX 191.
Codename:
Omicron 3.
Tactical Aeronautic Deployment Droid.

It is very important to have a solid background story for all your T-shirts.

A cloudy day in Africa

A study I did a while back of a friends beach house in Cameroon. A pretty exotic place. I liked the way it turned out, but it looked a lot nicer in real life.

Battle Chasers

I actually did this drawing about five years ago when I was all into Battle Chasers. However, I never quite finished it because at that time my digital coloring skills were nowhere near good enough to do the art justice. I´m still not all that good at coloring, but I think this one turned out ok now. It´s not 100% complete yet but I promise to post the final result soon.

It´s Manfred the Hamster!

Look everyone!
It´s Manfred the hamster!
Both cute and sassy.
How about that?

The key to sanity

Drawing happy squirrels and other cutesy crap for days on end can really get to you after a while. You start seeing things in shades of pink, rainbows appears while little birds chirp. If you have experienced this and want to remain what little sanity you have left in this crazy world, here is what you should do:
Always draw a hardcore version for your personal collection. It really helps. I´ve been doing it for years, and I still consider myself a pretty mentally sound guy. Just look at my drawings.

These images clearly illustrate the relevance of a good work-ethic compared to a good chainsaw.

Age of the Anti-Hero

I made yet another new attempt at doing my own comic book yesterday. It´s got that whole politically satirical, post-apoclyptic, neo-Gothic action twist to it. A genre that simply hasn´t been given enough room on the international scene. IF I ever finish it(and that´s a big IF), it will be awesome. So far I´ve only done the cover so you will have to do with that for now.

What is it good for?

An ancient propaganda poster from the time when I still did 3D. It was fun, but never as fun as drawing. What is war good for anyway? Absolutely nothing...

Vive la France!

I DID NOT draw this image. (I sometimes wish I did though). It was done a French guy called Alex Alice. This was the cover for Totendom: act 1. A book that I strongly recommend to anyone who speaks french and enjoys fantasy. Check it out even if you don´t, because the art is epic!

Some of them french guys sure can draw. I think it´s because they generally have a more thourough Classical art schooling than Americans. I say; If you can´t do it in traditional media to begin with, maybe you shouldn´t do it at all? Let professionals handle it!

And check out:

Kreepencrawl Castle

A gig I did for a clothing company. Kidswear with a haunted house theme. Allthough this one was actually printed over an entire t-shirt, it turned out pretty well. And it sold even better.

Gaki zosshi (The Hungry ghost)

Me and a friend have a little Nippon thing going. A book about japanese folk legends of some sorts. Or possibly a Game. Or nothing at all. That happens to a lot of my projects. So stay posted...

Dripping Dog

I have been known to do ocasional urbanized stencil portraits of dogs. (I mean, who has n´t?)
I guess you could say it is one of my PET projects.
I was very happy with how this one turned out though. And so was the owner of the dog.
(no Animals were harmed during the making of this design)

Strictly for my Ninjas

These are my ninjas. I sure like Ninjas.

Oh, Brother

An illustration of my other brother. He really doesn´t like Reklam.

This here´s a sketch of my brother. He may look a little diabolical, but he´s alright most of the time.

Who is this grim looking character?
So I know I look a little sour. I swear I had nothing but lemons to eat that day.

Arize, Great Nordean blogh!

Ok!
I have Blog now.
Awesome.
